Species: Animaverian Chupacabra Age: 45 Occupation: Mayor Candidate for Nexus City (formerly) Mayor of Ghoul City (formerly) Mayor of Neo Ghoul City (currently) Description: An Animaverian Chupacabra who was once a former candidate that competed against Bay Risas for the mayor position at Nexus City but lost in the campaign to him. Many years later, he and his wife, Negtina Fiesta moved to Ghoul City to start a new life. Negtina got a job as an Assistant Manager at Phantom Enterprises so she can support him. In the chapter, “The Darkness Uprising Part 1: A Fistful of Souls” he revealed to be the mayor of Ghoul City, but unfortunately, they were forced to follow President Pluto’s goal to spare their lives and offering deals that they cannot refuse. In the finale of Volume III, he and his wife reformed to help Soko, and his friends destroy Phantom Enterprises, unfortunately it costs his city to be destroy since it was transformed into a giant saurian robot, however President Jubvia is kind enough to allow him and his people to stay at White Robe R.T. until their new home can be built. At the beginning of Volume IV, he becomes mayor of the newly rebuilt Neo Ghoul City, which he is happy that he and his people can live in peace.
