Species: Animaverian Elder Dragon Age: Over several thousand years Occupation: Chairman of the Animaverian Government's Council/Ruler of Eukoryotius and it's economic system Powers/Abilities: Dragon Physiology, Authority over the entire council and the entire planet, Leadership skills, Immortality, Flight, Sharp claws and fangs, Overwhelming Strength, High Intelligence, Near-Invulnerability Skin, Magic Barrier, Aetherkinesis, Pyrokinesis, Electrokinesis, Cryokinesis, Geokinesis, Levitation Magic, and summoning energy spheres Description: A large platinum-colored quadruped Animaverian Dragon with a long bread who serves as the main chairman of the Animaverian Government, thus making him the ruler of Eukoryotius and its economic system (including the laws). His main objective is to protect the order of the Animaverian Society and regain people’s trust of the Animaverian Government, he states that that they will keep a closer eye on one problem from another. He usually prefers to keep his entire organization a secret from the public to prevent them from being discovered and secretly sends upcoming messages to the Presidents of each of the four continents about events or a crisis being occurred. He raises the government’s main headquarters from a lone island located in the center of ocean in between all four continents when Eukoryotius is beginning to witness a much large crisis. He is serious and stern when it comes to judgment and dislikes ignoring laws, such as antics created by various other events that would cause damaged property (The Golden Claw Society incident for example). In the Volume III chapter, “Wrath of the Reaper,” he briefly fought President Pluto, but was gravely wounded and currently recovering at the headquarters until he is all better. Four months after Phantom Enterprises’ downfall, he is completely fully recovered from President Pluto’s attack, and back on running the ruling body itself once more.
