Description: A powerful Bighorn Sheep sorcerer that resembles a jester who serves as the seventh subdivision leader. He is the most powerful of the other six subdivision leader (quite possibly the Danger Executive Officers) due to the use of his dark powers, summoning, and various magic spells that can proof to be dangerous to his enemies. Unlike the other subdivision units, his unit consists with evil Animaverian wizards rather than using other soldiers from the organization itself. In the finale of volume two, he and his subdivision launch an attack on Vermillion Ville and successfully captures President Kizoku and his family. He joins the decisive battle, but after the death of the terrorist organization's leader, he and Hugeboy teleports away to escape from being taken into custody.
