He later appeared in the chapter, “There is a New Dojo in Town” he happens to be not only the student at a martial arts school called “The Odokuro School of Dark Arts,” but also the son of its master, Hiruaka. After years of training at the school, once he finds out Master Hiruaka’s true colors, he allies with Soko and Roji to take him out, but fails. However, Hiruaka decides to get Roji’s school the victory knowing that his students have lots of training before they are ready to fight him again, which Gump accepts his father’s offer. Afterwards, he left his father’s school and helped Soko, Roji, as well as the rest of the students at his school to fight him. The next time he returns, for now he decides to remind in Diamondropolis. Roji told him that there still might be hope for his father, yet, which he is confident about.
