Mayor (later, President) Bay Risas

Species: Animaverian Spotted Hyena Age: 47 Occupation: Comedian (formerly), Mayor of Nexus City (formerly), Mayor of Diamondropolis (formerly), President of the Eastern Continent as well as its capital city (currently) Description: The mayor of Diamondropolis, like every other mayor, his job is to keep the city at safe risk. If anything goes wrong, he usually relies on M.I.G.H.T. to deal with situation. Rumors believe that since he is an Animaverian Hyena, he had a rocky relationship with Diamondropolis Academy’s Headmaster, Zubon Raion IV believing that Animaverian Lions and Hyenas being at odds with each other since there was a battle between both of their factions in the past. It is eventually revealed in the final part of volume two, that he wasn’t originally the highest authority of Diamondropolis, he is filling in for the President of the Eastern Continent, and he was originally mayor of a different city at the eastern continent called “Nexus City.” The terrorists working for The Golden Claw Society believe that he is the President of the Eastern Continent due to his position at Diamondropolis; they ended up capturing him along with the other Presidents from the other three Continents. Finally, the real President of the Eastern Continent “President Afro Pavo Jr.” shows up with help from his personal army, “The Avalon Guard” and freed the Animaverian forces, fight against The Golden Claw Society, and ending it once and for all. After the terrorist organization’s demise, President Afro Pavo Jr. decide to retire from his position, the Eukoryotie from his body left him, transfers over to him, and thus gives his own title to him, making him the new President of the Eastern Continent as well as Diamondropolis, officially named “President Bay Risas” at the end of the volume two epilogue, he and Headmaster Zubon IV were about to call it a truce, but unfortunately due to the interruption of Dinoroo, they continue of being enemies.
