Species: Animaverian Black Panther Age: 37 Occupation: Cable Repairman/Mechanic (formerly) Freelance Mercenary (currently) Powers/Abilities: Mechanical Engineer expertise, Electric generated claws, High Agility, Superhuman Strength, Speed, Mercenary skills, Electrokinesis, Magnetickinesis, Advanced Technology Enhancement, Powerful Reflexes, Firing Crescent shaped Energy blasts, and Powerful Jaws Description: A seeker of vengeance Animaverian Black Panther (surprisingly named after his own species) who first appeared in the first chapter of volume III, “A Lot of Few Changes”, he was once an ordinary cable repairman/mechanic from Nexus City (former Mayor Bay Risas’ hometown), who voted for Bay Risas’ opponent, Fingers Fiesta (An Animaverian Chupacabra) for the campaign because that he will make everything right for Carnivorous Animaverians to feed whatever they desire rather than using formula food which interest him, but Bay Risas protested that all Animaverians should be treated as equals, and as a result he won the election, thus becoming Mayor. After he became mayor, it has been proven to be more difficult for him to live because since he is not a fan of formula food, he grew very tired of eating the food that he dislikes, and blames Mayor Risas for that, so he attempted to assassinate him, but was caught and put to prison. While in prison, he snapped, when he heard about the news of Bay Risas becoming President (Believing Soko is the main cause of his ascension after seeing them shaking hands). He began depending superior technology out of leftover parts from old security prison technology in secret, thus inventing a pair of electrical generated Steel Claws, and using them to bust out of jail. He has spent a month planning for revenge ever since he sprang out of jail, he soon arrived to Diamondropolis to kill him, thus finishing what he started, and instead he fought Soko and his friends, and defeated him. He regains consciousness, tracks Soko and his friends to the Lynn Bowl Stadium, and finds his target. While the Scoo-ball Tournament is playing he attempts to catch him off guard to kill him, thankfully Soko saved President Risas, fought, and defeated him. Afterwards, he was taken into custody by M.I.G.H.T.
