He fought Corporal Shiwa but ended up being defeated. He was last seen smiling evilly before the fortress and the camp exploded. Years after his fight with General Shiwa, Volus was rebuilt as a cyborg, giving him an extra third artificial mechanized head placed in between both of his two heads that symbolizing his injuries have been healed. He mentioned that he thanked Crestoise for the repairs, now he is more powerful than ever and the next time he fights Shiwa, he will “repay” him back. (meaning killing him) After he is fully recovered, he manages to drive General Shiwa and his unit to prevent them from revealing their true location of the Golden Claw Society headquarters. He renames his alias “The Tri Guillotine” because of his additional bionic third head. In the chapter, "General Shiwa's Haunting Nightmare" he goes for one final showdown with his long-time enemy by challenging in an arena being watched his leader, Emas Kengeran himself as well as many operatives, while having The Geo Task Force as hostages. During the fight, he has improved since their last fight and gain the upper advantage against General Shiwa, just when all seems lost, he manages to free his comrades to help him to defeat him, but he has still proven to be too powerful for them to oversee. General Shiwa manages to send him flying towards the Venus flytrap pit, destroying it, and killing him by ramming him right through his chest. After General Shiwa escaped with The Geo Task Force who were still asleep from Volus Drajor’s sleeping gas, leaving Emas Kengeran horrified seeing the loss of one of his most valuable members in his organization.
