During his absence, he had Mayor Bay Risas of Nexus City charge due to urgent business with the government. He made a cameo appearance in the volume one chapter, "The Eukoryotius Tales #1: How Shiwa Learn To Spread His Wings" where he is seen shaking his feather-like hands with Shiwa. His first major appearance is the second part of the three-part volume two finale, where he and his personal army, "The Avalon Guard" are wearing cloaks to hide their identities from The Golden Claw Society and helping Roji and Dinoroo get to the base of their terrorist organization. They made themselves known and freed the captured allied forces to end The Golden Claw Society once and for all. After The Golden Claw Society's defeat, he decides to retire and give Mayor Risas his position as a result; the Eukoryotie gemstone leaves his body in energy form and enters its new owner, thus making him his successor. Afterwards, he was seen watching the parade, as he mentions that he has some business to address before officially retiring. It is revealed in the Volume III chapter, “The Eukoryotius Tales #3: From Friends to Enemies with Zubon IV and Bay” several weeks after the Diamondropolis foundation parade, the reason why he appointed Bay as President of Diamondropolis is because that during his business with the government, he sends his soldiers from “The Avalon Guard” to keep an eye out for him if he is running the city properly, the soldiers told him that he manages to do a much better job of running the city than he ever did, knowing that Bay’s love for his people and his capability to believe that he will make Diamondropolis a much better place. Before he left, he reminded Bay that a new mayor has been appointed at Nexus City at his request. In the chapter, “Fear No Reaper,” he was transformed into a rampaging, black-feathered monster by one of the products that he purchased from Phantom Enterprises, the “Dusk Light Bulb.” He was killed when President Pluto popped him like a balloon by using telepathy. His soul is what Pluto needed to regain his full-powered mobile state due to the former President’s status as being powerful.
