Real Name: Professor Saru Toyo Kozaru Species: Animaverian Snow Monkey Age: 62 Occupation: Borg Makers Inc. Scientist (formerly) Criminal/Supervillain (currently) Powers/Abilities: Genius-level Intellect, Mastery of Engineering, Scientific Knowledge, Cunning, Manipulation, Charisma, Piloting, Driving Skills, and Vast Resources Description: An Animaverian Snow Monkey scientist who worked at Borg Makers Inc. and revealed to be the creator of the Trek model series including Soko’s classmate, Trek 5.0. He believed that Diamondropolis is unprotected with full of crimes, so he created Treks 1-4 to defend the city, but they ended up getting destroyed in the process. He pushed his work into creating the latest model, Trek 5.0. After Trek 5.0’s activation, he pushed his creation so hard it nearly destroyed him, but Trek 5.0 overcame his programming, turned against his creator, and left him. Trek 5.0’s betrayal wounded him deeply. He continues his life’s work at Borg Makers Inc. in attempts of being the hero, but ever since Soko along with General Shiwa became the city’s heroes, he stole his thunder, which made him jealous, and decided to kill him by building a robot doppelganger of Soko so he can replace him to be the town’s hero, not mention himself as well due to him being the creator. His voice was heard in the Volume II chapter, “Animaverian Crackers” that he has made the final adjustments for his creation. In his first major appearance “The Mechanize Menace,” He installed all of Soko’s fighting data of all of his past battles to complete his creation, “Robo Soko” so he will have the ultimate adversary to deal with. He kidnaps Kaya and her friends to lure Soko into a trap, but not what he planned since Soko, and his friends were chasing Dinoroo all the way from the entrance of the city to the mall. At the mall, he unleashed his creation to kill Soko, but Robo Soko got destroyed with a help of Trek 5.0. He ended up being arrested by M.I.G.H.T. afterwards. In the flashback (which happened sometime before the chapter, “The Mechanize Menace”) from the Volume III chapter, “There is a New Dojo in Town” he assisted Master Hiruaka of his quest of becoming of the greatest martial art master ever, by having his left arm replaced with a bionic one for breaking one of the golden rules of martial arts since he heard about Soko (whom he wants revenge on) being the nephew of Hiruaka’s former friend, Roji. After he explained to Hiruaka’s newly replaced bionic arm’s capabilities with energy draining being one of them, he gives him the name “Down-Grade” due to his newly enhanced cybernetic attachments and abilities.
