Species: Animaverian Sea Otter Age: 30 (when he founded Diamondropolis) 72 (when he died) Occupation: First and Founding Mayor of Diamondropolis Description: About eighty years prior to the series, he and his exploration team originally climb up the mountain as an exercise, unfortunately they encountered a group of Animaverian Ravens already claim this mountain their home, they fight for control of the mountain, their battle was cut short when they discover emeralds buried within this mountain suggesting that they should share the emeralds. Unfortunately, the Animaverian Ravens wanted the gems for themselves, however, he said that they can use the newly discovered gems to build a city full with shininess as an attempt to convince the Ravens to work together, they refused due to their avarice and greed. They fought the Animaverian Ravens, drove them out, and claimed the Emeralds, naming the mountain “Emerald Mountain,” as they decide to take his advice and use the Emeralds to build themselves a society, and thus the city called “Diamondropolis” was born. He was not only the founder of the city, but also it's first mayor. As the city grow due to the population increase, Diamondropolis was labeled as the capital city of the eastern continent of Eukoryotius by the Animaverian government. Riger passed his position to his successor who was labeled “President" after his retirement. He passed away at age 72 at some point before the title character, Soko was born.
