He first appeared as a cloaked figure trying to obtain the candy ray gun from an abandon candy factory named, "Lolli-Jackels" after it was taken by Nomu and Bazu, he decides to manipulate the duo into having Soko and Kuchimba going into Borg Makers Inc. so he can destroy the company, thus creating a meltdown that could destroy Diamondropolis itself. However, his plans of destroying the city backfired thanks to Soko and ended up being taken into custody along with Nomu and Bazu. Lt. Lock mention once General Shiwa gets back from his mission, he would interrogate him for the known whereabouts of the Golden Claw Society H.Q. He was spring out of prison by Skull-Cracker and was welcomed back by his leader as well as his fellow members. In the volume two finale, he accompanies his fellow members into attacking Diamondropolis, he along with Invisiclops confronted and fought Soko, Kaya, and Norris, but was defeated by Samui by freezing the floor of the building, causing him to slip, and fall straight down into the sewer entrance. After The Golden Claw Society was defeated, he disappeared, making him the only member of The Danger Executive Officers (D.E.O.) to survive.
